They sort of work. After a while, you're sitting on not too much, as all of
the gel migrates away. You still need some sort of cushioning underneath.
The seat does have a solid, connected feel. They look nice, and are washable.

I wouldn't spend my last $26 on one, but I don't consider it a bad
purchase. My legs still cramp up and go numb on long crossings, however.
