[Paddlewise] kayak EMT course

Hey Folks,

 Does anybody have information regarding a sea kayak based Wilderness
First Responder course in the Pacific Northwest?

I couple of years ago, I saw a Wilderness First Responded style course
being offered for sea kayakers. Instead of spending a week in the
mountains practicing rescues and evacuations as do most WFR classes, this
course was on the water. I wasn't interested in the course at the time,
and hence forgot the name of the sponsor. However I am quite interested
now.
