Well...great. Thanks for the volume measuring tips, everybody. I tried the suggestion from George B. because it sounded easy while we're having Dreaded El Nino Storms (DENS) here. When my SO (for you Canucks, that would be SE; Spousal Equivalent) got home it was REALLY hard to convince her of the need to know the volume of the *%#_at_!! kayak (and previously she was very fond of it...and me).
