I believe the seat moved aft but it seemed to make the boat "wander". The tracking of this boat was exceptional for it's size (16 feet). The design of the old and new seat is different enough to make it a guestimation process. I hope to get some time on Sunday to play with the seat placement. > > > > > How critical is seat placement?
