[Paddlewise] more paddlewise articles online

Hello everyone,

There are now *nine* more topics added to the PaddleWise online articles
list.  The topics added (along with the sponson topic) are:

   Nature - Birds on Deck
   Cockpit Modification
   Lead as Ballast
   Use of Ballast
   Starting a Paddling Club and The Use of Waivers
   Sea Chutes and Drogues
   Winter Paddling Gloves and Pogies
   Guide Training
   BCU Proficiency

And this isn't *all* of it.  It includes a great deal of excellent advice,
humorous anecdotes, experiences, etc.  And of course, these are all topics
to be considered a "work in progress."  As the discussions continue and 
add to the topics, I'll add the new articles/messages.  As soon as I
figure out the best way to indicate the add-ons.
