so how do _you_ dress for a paddle, [i am on the eastern plains] say:

1)	down a class "A" river [under 2mph, very slow current]
wide river bed, chance of accidently capsizing = 0
	a) in a sea kayak
	b) in an open canoe

b)	on a lake, approximately 1.5 miles long by 1 mile wide,
predominate winds have approximately a 1.25 mile fetch,
if i understand that term correctly.
	a) in a sea kayak
	b) in an open canoe

---
now, let's add fun to it:

c)	add advice to a paddle who has no roll, but very good bracing
skills and paddling technique. such as a canoeist who is now
	trying sea kayaking!!

and as an FYI, i know what _i_ would wear, knowing my boats, and ability,
so this isn't exactly for my own use, but to stimulate discussion ;-)

Fortune:
It is something to be able to paint a particular picture, or to carve a
statue, and so to make a few objects beautiful; but it is far more
glorious to carve and paint the very atmosphere and medium through
which we look, which morally we can do. To affect the quality of the
day, that is the highest of arts.
