[Paddlewise] Falcon -16 vs Falcon-18

During the "My Boats" thread (great thread; liked the "MY Paddles" too),
several people noted switching from an Eddyline Falcon-16 to the new 18.
To paraphrase a few comments:

...16 is a great boat, but the 18 is greater...

...Much more 'userfriendly' than the 16...

I was hoping that these intriguing comments could be elaborated upon.
(Since others might be interested as well, I'm posting this question
here on the list rather than by direct e-mail response.)
