[Paddlewise] wet mouths & other stuff

This morning here is extraordinary sunny, so coffee makes it perfect
(really, how do you make your coffee during the trips?)

About wine & food:

We did try actually create many Greek dishes during last summer and
the wine was found essential (during the weekend trips we are sharing
a bottle together with Rita, so no muddlehead =safety problems) ;-)

Stuffed wine leaves, filled mushrooms rice & wild rice and olives with
bread sticks do make quite a good summer meal in a cool shadow of a
tree - I am longing for it so much...

Actually, during the longer trips I tried making rice and adding
ready-mix soup powder to the boiling water: Mexican and chicken soups.
Easy to pack & carry. Really heavy stuff, so it was definitely power
food but later, one was really supposed to take care of the
ventilation of the tent :-)

Actually, very awful...and not very aesthetic. As if the neoprene
socks wouln´t be enough.

Cheers,

Ari Saarto
