Anyone else addicted (besides kayaking) to strong coffee? Gregg Wrote: I have a mini-esspresso maker that I sometimes use in the morning - to get me jump started. I have also found that if I bring along a handfull of un-ground coffee beans I can suck on one for quite a while during the day and get a small, but steady supply of "juice" all day if needed - regardless of the conditions. > Anyone knows any answers to the ice-cream problem? Try Dry Ice in a Softpack Cooler, I don't know about where you are, bet those little "cooler packs" are everywhere around here. have taken Frozen stuff on overnight hiking trips and as long as I put the stuff that needs to stay frozen in the middle of my pack it stays pretty good for quite a while - The rest of the pack acts as an insulator. I bet it would work in a kayak as well.
