I tried Ginger root tablets last summer. I've gotten sea sick twice. The second time I got sea sick was when I was trying the ginger root tablets. They may work for some people, they did nothing for me. I can wholeheartedly say that offshore in a VCP Nordkapp is a not a good place to be sea sick. Somewhere I saw a chart of the efficiencies of different drugs (including ginger root) for combatting motion sickness. Ginger had a negligible effect. Unfortunately I don't remember where I saw the chart. kirk *************************************************************************** PaddleWise Paddling Mailing List Submissions: paddlewise_at_lists.intelenet.net Subscriptions: paddlewise-request_at_lists.intelenet.net Website: http://www.gasp-seakayak.net/paddlewise/ ***************************************************************************Received on Mon Apr 06 1998 - 07:11:45 PDT
