Another thought on easy entry for wetsuits is to wear a thin Lycra suit as underwear. These are the type of suits divers use in warm water locales, are skin-tight, ankle to wrist, one-piece zip-ups. They are neutrally buoyant and provide no insulation but are slippery enough to make donning a wetsuit (even a wet wetsuit) much easier.
