Two different BC guide companies I have been out with, had us burn the
toilet paper. Is this not considered acceptable? It may not be in dry
areas where fire danger is a problem. What do you all think?
<<
Burning in a campfire is appropriate if a fire is going. If you burn *just*
the paper you may end up with *messy* ashes. Sometimes the combination of
living outdoors and a change in menu can result in a change in the consistency
of your BM. < not to mention my famous Canjun Fish and garlic stew> In a
fireless camp we just pack the ziplocked baggies out. I have a drybag
dedicated to garbage.
