Here's another thing to consider.
What you have is a ni-1 or nylon on one side wetsuit. The outside
They are warmer as any fabric on the inside allows that much more water in
to the suit. They are alwo marignally more flexable.
That's ok if you plan on diving in 38 degree water like I used to.
The down side as you've already realized is having to grease your body to
get in to them, and even then it's still a struggle.
I used to use dilute dish soap and always ended up "foaming at the cuffs"
(g)
I'd suggest NI-2 (nylon both sides) or better yet nylon out lycra inside.
Consider getting zippers on all cuffs.
An alternative to that is a lycra jump suit (available in dive shops) or if
you don't mind getting laughed at panty hose.
Before you spend the really big bux at a dive shop, check some of the scuba
mags. There are decent wetsuits right from the manufacturers. You will have
to take a ton of measurements, the suit will fit better and you'll save
$150-200.
