[Paddlewise] waterproofing charts, etc.

I'd always used the commercial products (Map Seal, etc.)However, one of the
most experienced paddlers I know uses Professional grade urethane, painted
on. From what I've seen it works as well or better than the specific map
products. I'm not sure how it would work on field guides - ie whether it
would gum the pages together.
