Thanks to everybody who wrote and shared various info. I paddle almost every day in bog surf. Take massage, hot baths, stretch, and do everything. I do whole body not just upper body stretching. The other solution I use is a good old Finnish Sauna. Heat and a dip into cold water works wonders for me.
