I have a Kototat Gore-tex drysuit which has been dry and comfortable for a season plus. I opted for the drop seat zipper because my experience with funnels was bad news. Too much junk to carry and fool with , plus not really very easy to avoid mishaps. The drop seat zippers allow all nesessary functions and the zipper can be adjusted to a comfortable spot in the small of the back area after sitting down in the kayak before attaching the spray skirt. I've never had either zipper leak. I have heard that Kototat doesn't want to install the drop seat zipper any more.Has anyone else heard that rumor?
