Hey, Clyde, I'll talk Ralph into splitting the > difference with > me on your cost delta between the Rio Grande and the Strait Jacket if > it means > that we'll keep you around to write more trip reports about PFDs and > trucks > and ramps and keys! > Hopefully switching to a Strait Jacket will help keep around in case I go bobbing off into the sunset. BTW: I ordered hip pads, float bags, a seat Padz and a shorty from NOC on May 4. They expected the hip pads in in a couple of days and weren't sure when the shorty would come in. I told them to hold the order because the hip pads were the important things for me. I just recieved the float bags which were what I expected and the seat Padz which looks like a chintzy (cheap) skinny piece of padding for $13.95. I'll have to call today to see when the other stuff will arrive. Do you think I'd get strange looks (or looks of sympathy) if I told someone I have a shorty? *************************************************************************** PaddleWise Paddling Mailing List Submissions: paddlewise_at_lists.intelenet.net Subscriptions: paddlewise-request_at_lists.intelenet.net Website: http://www.gasp-seakayak.net/paddlewise/ ***************************************************************************
