[Paddlewise] MSR Dragonfly stoves

I am finally thinking of upgrading my old stove. I've looked at the MSR
Dragonfly. A couple of questions. Does anyone have experience of it and its
ability to:
1.really  allow you to simmer at a low flame? I know some of the other MSR
stoves tended to have just two settings- off and full power!
2. Is it as reliable as they say running on car Gas if you cant get hold of
Coleman type fuel.
3. What sort of price is it going for in the US and does anyone know of a
store that might do export orders. I have a frind who is going up to Alsaka
with me in August and is passing through Seattle so if there was a store
there he might get it -assuming the price is better than that quoted in the
UK.
