RE: [Paddlewise] Vote in poll on Jet skis (fwd from newsgroup)

I just tried to "Vote" again to see what the response was and got a
response of " Undemocratic Behavior detected - Vote not counted"  I
wonder if the server is setting a "cookie" so that it knows you've been
there before.
