Tobaco, alcohol and drugs have nothing on boatbuilding.

NO NO NO NO NO NO NO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have yet to see a garage big enough.
I am moving to a different state to buy some land on which to build 
a boatshop/workshop and BTW a house.

BTW, The boatshop/workshop will be at least 2500 square feet, not counting
support equipment.  :-))
Now all I have to do is come up with a way to pay for all of this.  :-))
