My wife and I moved about 15 years ago, from four onto 20 acres. Being
somewhat <grin> a collector, I needed a place to store all my "things"
(which includes boats, molds, other sordid articles. After some
calculation, I decided that a structure 24 x 24 feet would do it. So I
built a 48 x 48 foot pole barn and ran the eave height up 18 feet so I
could put a second story (loft) in it -- double my floor space with minimal
extra cost. After 12 years that barn is full, I have another smaller one
full and am contemplating building another. If anyone wants pole barn
building lessons......

I should admit that my paddle factory takes up a good portion of the bigger
one.

Have fun figuring and collecting.....
