For the record, I did try the wing paddle stroke with a Greenland paddle, and it works fine. However, doing the motion which puts the paddle almost vertical to the water I missed the feather of the paddle, which would make such stroke a lot more comfortable. By the way, the ACA instructor exam requires the candidate to demonstrate a perfect technique with that stroke and others, so it is a good idea to grab a euro paddle and practice it once in a while. - Julio > > I accidently deleted the message where someone asked about wing-style > technique with the Greenland paddle.
