[Paddlewise] Glue?

I have asked a number of kayak related questions recently and have received
no response so I'll phrase this one a little differently.

What glue would one use to attach a liberal gun hating piece of mini-cell to
a rightwing, right-wing born again kevlar/graphite cockpit?
