I had no thoughts on the NRA until a few years ago when on a legal bow hunt in Northwestern Oregon, I was shot at repeatedly by an adult and two adolescents(sp?). We had to leave the area quickly, as the bullets were ricocheing (I know that's not the right spelling but I don't have the time to look it up right now) all over the place. I'm sure that all NRA members are not this way, but I would never join the NRA based on this one incident. Dang, I can't think of a way to turn this back to kayaking.
