I have a similar problem with a glass sit on top. No place to anchor
thigh straps.Would any glue be strong enough to hold D rings to the
deck?

     I think we went around on a similar issue a while back, but was 
     wondering if anyone has any first hand experience in "gluing" stuff 
     --- tie down ring pads, Velcro patches, etc. --- onto lineal 
     polyethelene surfaces.  Have acquired a second hand Tupperware 
     sit-on-top, and would like to be able to do some limited mods.  
     
     Thoughts?
