Kevin try http://classified2000.com I don't know if I typed the URL right
but it's easy to find, can be regionalized and you can set it up to notify
you when new boats/items are posted.
Paddle Florida has a new kayak classified which is growing (Brad has posted
on this list).

ORBS and GORP occasionally have something to offer.
