He also said life expectancy for the neck, wrist and ankle seals was only 2-3 years. He gave a demo and had handouts on replacing them yourself but it didn't look like a lot of fun. A neat thing he said about breaking in a new neck seal was to moisten it and then place it over a plastic container about the size of your neck for a while.
