Assume you have the bags for the Klepper sailing craft.  Use them. 
cushion everything with bubble wrap and just send it via UPS as is.  I
have done that in the past with folding kayaks in their bags.  However,
it has been quite awhile since I did it that way (about five years).  So
check with UPS to see if they will accept a shipment that way.

My guess is that it will cost you about $50 or $60.
