This puzzles me as the feathercraft has a full boat skirt / deck attached
permanent to the yak, it seems harder to me to turn it into a single [ I
guess you paddle from the rear cockpit as I do with my klepper]
Klepper does have a midde seat unit for solo paddling with a extra skirt
with a center hole... [ makes for more luggage]

Mostly due to damages, I seen my begs fly out of the cargo door of the
plane in Indonesia a couple times...
Mostly it is wear and tear of the clips, they seem to loosen after a few
years...

Easy as pie to get new parts, there are dealers all over the place and a
great mail order as well [ klepper that  is]

I sure do like mine i tell you...taing it to S E Asia every winter and love
it...
