I am planning to spend 4-5 days in the B.G. in Barkley Sound in early October, assuming semi-clement weather. Coupla questions: Anybody know about weather radio reception in that area? I have read fresh water sources shown on the my map might not be reliable at the end of summer. Any recent experience? Any suggestions for particularly pleasant campsites? I will probably camp on two islands and explore from them.
