[Paddlewise] Florida--Gulf of Mexico

I'm looking at doing a trip (5 or 6 days) on the Florida shoreline along the
Gulf of Mexico in early December.  Would most like to either do a "bed &
breakfast" type trip, or establish a base area to work out of.

Anyone have any suggestions or comments about great places to do such a trip?
