[>] I went to a drysuit repair lecture by a Kokatat
representative at the AC SK Symposium this year and he said pretty much
the same thing. He also said life expectancy for the neck, wrist and
ankle seals was only 2-3 years.

He gave a demo and had handouts on replacing them yourself but
it didn't look like a lot of fun. A neat thing he said about breaking
in a new neck seal was to moisten it and then place it over a plastic
container about the size of your neck for a while. Would sure beat
choking yourself half to death trying to wear it new.

Would a little 303 help?

Kokatat recommends frequent application of 303 to the gaskets.
