A quick look at the headers will let you know who all is included in the mailing. It's always a good idea to check with the sender about forwarding their message to the list before assuming it was intended for the list. If you are typing in the PaddleWise email address when responding to a message, then you should be checking the headers to make sure the message was intended for the list. Otherwise, use of automatic replies to "all" will only include the party or parties addressed by the sender. OTOH, when I send private email not intended for the entire list, I will usually preface it with a note stating "this is private email." Just a little extra precaution :-) Jackie *************************************************************************** PaddleWise Paddling Mailing List Submissions: paddlewise_at_lists.intelenet.net Subscriptions: paddlewise-request_at_lists.intelenet.net Website: http://www.gasp-seakayak.net/paddlewise/ ***************************************************************************Received on Wed Oct 14 1998 - 16:33:03 PDT
