Take for example the excellent guide to the Hudson River put out my a group I belong to the Hudson River Watertrail Association. I suspect that is the case with Getchell's book. I may be spelling the name incorrectly as I do know he authored a book for International Marine (a sub of McGraw-Hill) on outboard motor boats, which is a terrific guide for these overlooked boats, and it is the kind of book that Amazon should have. So maybe without the "s" .... try Getchell. ralph > *************************************************************************** > PaddleWise Paddling Mailing List > Submissions: paddlewise_at_lists.intelenet.net > Subscriptions: paddlewise-request_at_lists.intelenet.net > Website: http://www.gasp-seakayak.net/paddlewise/ > *************************************************************************** -- ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Ralph Diaz . . .
