[Paddlewise] Getting back in

There's been alot of chat about how to get back in a swamped boat. I know 
in my situation a solo seakayer with bulkheads, if i carnt get it right on 
the first roll then Im stuffed. I havn't used a paddle float or tried using 
sponsons or anything else partly because im 1000 km from the nearest canoe 
shop also i have no idea how to use this gear. Could someone please send me 
an email or web adress where i can find pictures of these rolls and 
rescues.and also where I can buy rescue devices from the net (preferably in 
Austraia)
