Problem is, this is like asking the Tobacco companies to do a 
study on the addictiveness of cigarrette smoke.  EDF starts out 
with an axe to grind, and then proceeds to grind it.  Big surprise.
For all we know the study actually is true; but because of who did 
the study, it looses all credibility.
