I suspect my tinglies are from a toilet like seat where my butt is below my
upper thighs, thereby putting pressure on the arteries/nerves.  I think if I
put a little padding in the bottom of the seat it might go away.

Would a back band help poor posture?  I slouch too much and after a couple
of hours my lower back gets achy.  If I straighten by back up I feel great.
Trouble is I as soon as I stop thinking about it I start slouching again and
it's not likely I'm going to change a lifetime habit.  Maybe I could join
the marines?
