I caught a bit of a program on the Outdoor Life Channel last night about a small cruise boat that does kayak trips up to Alaska. The group stays on the cruiser and uses kayaks for day trips into areas of interest. I missed the contact information. Does anyone know where this outfit is located and how to get ahold of them. ,,, (o o) ==================oOO--(_)--OOo========================== Bob Washburn whiterabbit_at_iw.edwpub.com or rwashbu_at_siue.edu The only difference between a rut and a grave is the depth. ========================================================= *************************************************************************** PaddleWise Paddling Mailing List Submissions: paddlewise_at_lists.intelenet.net Subscriptions: paddlewise-request_at_lists.intelenet.net Website: http://www.gasp-seakayak.net/paddlewise/ ***************************************************************************

Bob, I didn't see that show, but you might be refering to the Catalyst. I've done a trip on it. It was a gas. It's a beautiful 75 foot trawler built in 1932. We did a 2 week trip from port Townsend to Ketchikan. We kayaked almost everyday. We also put on 5 pounds. <A HREF="http://www.olympus.net/biz/catalyst/index.htm">Pacific Catalyst Expeditions</A> <A HREF="http://www.olympus.net/biz/catalyst/index.htm"> </A> Ken Mannshardt SF Bay *************************************************************************** PaddleWise Paddling Mailing List Submissions: paddlewise_at_lists.intelenet.net Subscriptions: paddlewise-request_at_lists.intelenet.net Website: http://www.gasp-seakayak.net/paddlewise/ ***************************************************************************
