Sorry) Public Broadcasting Service is the NATIONAL "educational" public broadcasting network. I've seen posts in rec.boats.paddle for the show's being broadcast in Pokeepsie and on the West Coast. Doesn't matter much where my "locally" is which is why I didn't bother to list it. TV Guide has an evening listings table that's easy to read. You should be able to scan the NPR listing from 6:00 PM onward for a few nights to find it. NPR pretty much shows the same programs nationwide. Sorry you readers in Finland. You're probably not getting the programming unless your kayak has a satellite dish.
