Speckled trout.   Haven't tried them in the open gulf yet.  Will do 
that in a few weeks when I go out again.   Right now I'm recovering 
from learning how to surf...  I suspect I'll get a more diverse catch 
out there, if I can figure out how not to catch jellyfish...
