[Paddlewise] Rope not Straps

I use rope to tie my boats to the Yakima TLC cradles.  A bowline around the
bar, then a truckers hitch again on the bar at the other side of the boat.
This is as quick to tie as the straps and much stronger, since I use 3/8
rope.  I also use the straps as a backup.
