I am looking for information on paddling Patagonia,especially the areas of
the Straights of Magellan and the Chilean Fjordlands.
Anyone been there?

I spent  three months working in Chilean Patagonia in 1995, and while I
didn't manage to get any paddling done I may be able to give you some
general advice. My wife however did a three week trip through the Chonos
archipelago - basically paddling south from the Puerto Aisen to the Laguna
San Rafael and back. By all accounts an excellent trip. If you have any
direct requests for information I'll pass them on.

I've also forwarded your email to a friend of mine who spent six months
leading kayak trips in Patagonia - can't promise anything but she may get
back to you with some info.
