Greetings everyone, I am new to this list and received 34 messages in one day! I am planning a solo trip from the San Juan Islands up to Prince Rupert this summer and am interested in hearing from people who have knowledge of the B.C. coastline. Of course I have the B.C. Marine Trial guidebook and all the charts. I am also an ACA sea kayak instructor with 6 years experience of avid paddling. But there is no replacement for first hand knowledge of an area. In particular I am interested in hearing about good camping, resupply, or beauty spots. Of course if there were any especially ugly hazards not likely to be mentioned or expected from books or charts I would like to know about them.
