OK, so I moved into a new house last February. The best part about this house is it has a pool. So what does one do with a pool??? ROLL PRACTICE!!!!! On side, off side, this roll and that. I was like a kid at Christmas! Come home from work and roll, roll, roll. I think I was OK until I got to the hand rolls. I would throw a variety of boats into the pool and work on hand rolls over and over and over - - - - -. I would take the boats off of the diving board and if I capsized - hand roll! After about a week the pain in my shoulder was really getting bad. I ignored it for a while until it really began to affect my life. So I went to the doctor and he told me I had developed tendonitis in my shoulder - bummer!
