Hi,
New to the list with a question,  has anyone ever paddled in the
Beaufort/Fripp Island area of SC?  My wife and I are planning to visit
there but do not know anything about the area for kayaking.  We are form
upstate NY and have never paddled on the ocean.  Any tips would be
appreciated.

Steve,  Call Jea (pronounced Jay) Chapman at The Kayak Farm on St. Helena
Island at (843)838-2008.  She'll set you up with everything you need.  The Low
Country offers some great paddling opportunities.  Welcome!
