I have foam "foot pegs" in one of my Nordkapps and prefer it to the metal ones. I used a multi pin tool to take the shape of the hull then cut minicell to that shape and used 3M 5200 to glue em in. The "pegs' are about 10" long and 6 or 7 " wide.
