BijiliE, thank you for your post! I've 3 paddles, a vhf, PF, Dry Suit, booties, gloves, etc... but I'm stuck on dry land :) Heh-but this post goes far in helping renew some degree of hope that I may find a partner in this area. Your last paragraph is a wonderful compliment and is very reassuring. See, I've hit more roadblocks, "stop signs" in the past 9 months or so. I've had to find new routes around them-and I have.... most of them anyway. Four miles, up and down hills, of [can't remember word] "moving" <?> my kayak is bordering on impossible to try again... :-) Thanks again for your post! Tom Weese Anyway, in response to your pleas for a paddling partner, I don't live in the Seattle area, and so I can't help. But if I did live there, and if I could keep up with you, I'd be happy to go along with you. Good luck. { "Three left turns often make a right-The trick is surviving the attempts..."} Kirkland, Wa. <gadfly_at_isomedia.com> <http://www.isomedia.com/homes/gadfly/> *************************************************************************** PaddleWise Paddling Mailing List Submissions: paddlewise_at_lists.intelenet.net Subscriptions: paddlewise-request_at_lists.intelenet.net Website: http://www.gasp-seakayak.net/paddlewise/ ***************************************************************************
