OK so the names aren't very creative, I agree. Does anyone have any good ideas? Maybe I should run a contest or something. Come up with a list of at least 7 creative and original names that have some continuity and if I use them the winner gets a free  kayak, you choose the model, color and outfitting. No Indian names, 2 syllables, 3 max. Should be a piece of cake for the collective knowledge, intellect and experience, not to mention creativity, on this great list. :)

I think there may be a problem with the syllable criterion.  Syllablic
phrasing varies by region.  For example, a Northerner would say the name
Sam in one syllable.  A Southerner would turn the name into at least
three!!  :-)
