I had very good results using the exercises in the 7 Minute Rotator Cuff Solution by G. Robinson, Horrigan. It is put out by Health For Life (I used to get catalogs from them, but I haven't seen one in a few years.) Amazon.com appears to have it listed. It explains the mechanics of the rotator cuff and then gives exercises that you should do AND shows exercises that you should NOT do and why. A really good book.
