I usually paddle & practice alone so don't often get to see others strutting
their stuff. However, I never expect to see anyone as stylish or graceful
in an 18 foot sea kayak as the young woman instructor I had on a week long
session a couple of years ago in Maine.

All of her maneuvers were so effortless and elegant that I'd just as soon
watch her as do them myself. Ok, she was real pretty and super nice too but
that was just a bonus.
